The STREND PRO LD EA520B petrol earth auger is designed for drilling holes in the soil. The auger is equipped with a two-stroke, 1-cylinder air-cooled engine with an output of 1.45 kW and a diaphragm carburetor. The diameter of the drill reaches 150 mm and its length is 800 mm. The drill has a fuel tank with a volume of 1200 ml.
An impact with a hard object in the ground, such as rocks or tree roots, can cause the auger to stop abruptly or react in the movement of the auger. Therefore it is necessary to hold the auger firmly with both hands when working!
The petrol earth auger is powered by a two-stroke engine, which needs a fuel mixture composed of gasoline and engine oil for proper operation. When mixing, it is important to keep the correct mixture ratio. An incorrect ratio can cause serious engine damage.
