What personal data we collect

If you order goods or services with us, we collect, in particular, data that is required in the ordering process. Required data is only those without whom we can not provide your order, such as your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, and the subject matter of your order.

Once you receive the goods, you may receive an e-mail asking us to evaluate the purchased goods and our services.

Legal bases for the processing of personal data

Making data available to third parties

On delivery of goods: of the transport company with which we cooperate. This is the delivery address and contact details, and in the case of a cash on delivery, the amount to be paid. The carrier is authorized to process the personal data we transmit to him only for the purpose of delivering the goods.

For external data processing: partners we work with. They process the data for us based on our instructions and in accordance with this document. Our suppliers comply with all the necessary safety, technical and organizational measures to provide the requested data with the required protection.

For legal reasons: governmental authority or other authorized authority, as long as we are required to hand over your personal information to us. In the case of our rights or our defense, your personal data may be transferred to another person (eg a lawyer).

How long do we process your personal information?

Personal data that are necessary for the proper provision of services or the fulfillment of our obligations shall be processed for a period of time determined by or in accordance with the applicable legislation.

In the case of personal data processing based on our legitimate interest, we will store the data until the reason for its processing is removed. Usually for no more than 5 rokov.

In the case of the processing of personal data on the basis of consent, your personal information will generally be processed for 5 rokov or until the consent is revoked.

Security of personal data

We take great care to protect your personal data and we work hard to keep your personal information safe. We also strive to use security, technical and organizational measures that provide sufficient security in view of the state of the art, and regularly update the measures we take. All communication between your device and our site is encrypted. We protect the database containing personal data from damage, destruction, loss and misuse. We store your username password in a hash file so that it is not possible to decrypt it even if it is obtained by an unauthorized person.

What are your rights

We have multiple rights to process your personal data. If you exercise any of these rights, we will notify you of the requesting facility within 30 days from the date of delivery to us.

Right of access to data

You may ask us to send you an overview of the personal data we process about you. We will provide you with information about what data we process about you, the purpose for which it was provided, and how long it will be stored.

Right to data portability

You may ask us to send you personally identifiable information about you in a readable format.

Right to repair

If you believe the personal information we process about you is incorrect, you may ask us to correct it.However, we recommend simply repairing the data within your account.

Right to clear (forgotten)

You can ask us to delete your details. Deletion will not affect data that we must legally store. At the same time, we will inform other recipients of your personal information that you have exercised the right to delete and should remove all your personal data if technically possible with regard to available technology and costs.

Right to restrict processing

You may ask us to temporarily restrict your processing in the following cases:

  • if you deny the accuracy of your personal information
  • if your personal data is processed illegally
  • if we do not need your personal data for processing purposes, but you need it for your own purposes to demonstrate, enforce or defend your legal rights
  • if you wish to process your personal data on our legitimate interest

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, which is performed on our legitimate interest (see the information in Legal bases for the processing of personal data), for reasons related to your particular situation.
